Annahmefrist beim Kauf von Tickets für die EURO'08

Am 11. März erhielt ich eine eMail vom UEFA EURO 2008™ Ticketing team.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine Bewerbung für Eintrittskarten zur Fußball-Europameisterschaft auf einer Warteliste stehe und ich nun - wie sich nach dem Einloggen auf der angegebenen UEFA-Seite herausstellte - 2 Karten für das Spiel Österreich - Polen am 12. Juni 2008 im Ernst Happel Stadion bekommen könne.

Frage 1: Wer stellte hier eigentlich den "Ticket-Antrag"?
Frage 2: Und wie lange gibt mir die UEFA Zeit, mich zu entscheiden? (vgl. § 862 ABGB: "Das Versprechen [Antrag] muß innerhalb der vom Antragsteller bestimmten Frist angenommen werden... Vor Ablauf der Annahmefrist kann der Antrag nicht zurückgenommen werden.")

2. Login to your Application by using your Customer Reference Number and your chosen password, afterwards click the “Continue” button;
